Autumn thoughts
This autumn has been very inspiring so far, with quite a bit of travel and meeting some new and magnificent people. From two soul sisters, through a fascinating group of nuns to an 80 year old thinker and spiritual leader, the people who cross my path lately don’t cease to amaze me.
And here are my autumn thoughts: are there people in your life who make you feel bad about yourself, about where you are on your journey or about where you want to go?
They simply don’t need to be given that space in your life. There are so many others around us – beautiful souls, who often struggle with similar issues as we do, who can walk part of the journey with us and lighten our load while we lighten theirs. They are everywhere: in schools and in offices, on the streets of buzzing cities and in the countryside, they are female and male, young and less young – they are there, just waiting to be found and to connect with you.
And once the connection is made and recognized, it can last a lifetime.
